Recover Hard Drive – Hard Drive Error Message: “System Cannot Read From the Specified Device”

Recover Hard Drive is the one thing that you can do when your Hard Drive is error. Recover Hard Drive means that fixing your Hard Drive and returning your data back. We all know that hard disk is a very important device because it is a place to save your entire data including the operating system. Sometimes the system will not start up when failure happen to the Hard Drive. The primary partition in windows usually is a boot partition that contains operating systems and the other partitions usually contains user computer data. The failure of the Hard Drive sometimes happens when the specified device cannot access by the system prompts.

Of course before this thing happen I suggest you to maintain the backup update of your Hard Drive data so you can restore your data back. Correcting the hard disk connection sometimes can resolve this problem, but if this does not work sometimes you need to format hard disk. Hard Drive recovery software is the one thing that you need if you are fail to restore your data from your backup or you do not have any backup of your hard disk.

If you are facing this error message: “The system cannot read from the specified device”, do not panic. This error message comes when the hard disk partition cannot be accessed. Thins thing can be happen because Windows has detected an error while trying to read data from the device.

This problem can be caused by one of this problem:

-          The hard disk is not formatted.

Solution: Format the Hard Drive correctly if not formatted.

-          While tried to access the logical partition, the logical partition is corrupted.

Solution: Use CHKDSK to fix and correct the logical drive.

-          The hard disk is not correctly installed.

Solution: Check the hard disk installation and try to unplug and plug again the hard disk connection.

-          The Hard Drive is being used by other process.

Solution: Wait until the process is finish and try again.

-          The proper send mode is not set correctly to the HDD.

Solution: Set the HDD to the proper send mode

If all of this solution fails, you need to reformat the hard disk and restore your data from the backup data. If your backup errors or you do not have backup, you must use the Hard Drive recovery software.
