System Restore – Restore Disk

Restore disk is the right way that you need to do when you feel something wrong with your computer operating system. Restore disk will make your computer running well again. The symptom that happen when your operating system not running well is like files system get corrupted or program freezes or your internet does not work or etc, but a few days ago this thing not happen.

There are many things that will make your computer operating system not running well like spy wares or dangerous ad wares or virus or maybe someone or even maybe your kid playing around with your computer and intentionally delete or move files that make your computer operating system not running well. There are many reasons for this, but what you must do is concern to how fix this problem.

You maybe want to fix this problem by your self, but you have doing so many ways to fix this problem but still it does not work and tried with it. You probably think that you need to the computer expert or maybe even worst you are desperate and want to format of your computer. Well then, the best way of this is to stay calm because all of the solution above is the last way to do.

The first thing that you must do is backup all your important files including the drives. If you have original recovery disk (usually this recovery disk is bundled with branded computer system like HP, Dell, Gateway and other) you can run it by put it in to your computer (CD / DVD drive) and running it. This recovery disk will do the recovery process of your computer automatically.

But, how about you do not have the recovery disk? The good way is go to the last setting of your computer that works. If you are using Windows operating system, Microsoft has provides System Restore than can backup your computer setting and configuration. This System Restore can create a restore point every once or two a week (Depend how often you install or uninstall updates and programs).

You can use these following steps to set up your restore point and how to go back in to your restore point.

Start – Programs – Accessories – System Tools – System Restore

You can see in the right side area there are two options that is Create Restore point or Restore my computer to an earlier time. Choose the Create Restore point options. Click Next. Fill the description. Click Create. That is it.
